Engineering
Let's be honest... Engineering is perceived as the most annoying and complex part for a production company, but for SEPA this is not the case!
We love it, not only by vocation, but because we have unparalleled knowledge and technical training on materials, machinery, production processes and the right aesthetic taste.
For SEPA the design activity does not end with 3D drawings created with the Autodesk Suite and CAD/CAM programming, but is completed with SAP for the management of accurate bills of materials and the documentation necessary to manage relationships with the Customer in an efficient and repeatable manner without errors and with maximum efficiency and economy.
SEPA firmly believes in technological innovation, with BIESSE we have rethought the layout of the production area from scratch and inserted an automatic warehouse of approximately 6000 panels for loading a panel saw and a nesting pantograph, as well as 2 3D pantographs, 1 drilling machine automatic and 1 edgebander with piece return.
The concrete attention to the sustainability of our production processes includes a 5.0 extraction system with the disposal of waste in a biomass plant. Furthermore, we have designated 2 hectares of surrounding land for poplar cultivation.
